Since 1987 we've served the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania and Southern Tier of New York with the capability to service clients anywhere in the continental states.

As a full-service telecommunications and security company, Teledair specializing in quality Digital Telephone Systems, Security Systems, Secure Camera Systems, Music and On-hold Advertising, Voice Mail Systems, AT&T Cell Phones and Service Plans.

The telephone systems and security systems have been the basis of our company since the very beginning. We offer a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in these areas because of the years spent working with this equipment.

We are enjoying a tremendous response to our compact disc based music on hold. One of the main reasons for this success is the customization of every production to each particular business. Teledair as your vendor

• Quicker response time for major and minor problems
• Personnel trained by manufacturer
• Teledair offers single source responsibility
• All Teledair systems will be installed at the most accommodating time for the customer: i.e. Saturday, Sunday, or after business hours.

Warranty/Service

• Complete one (1) year warranty on parts and labor of installed equipment
• Factory trained technicians available twenty-four hours a day seven days a week for emergency service
• In-house repair facilities
• Long term parts availability: should manufacturer discontinue a system from our product line, manufacturer guarantees to maintain parts for eight years from that date
• Training schedule arranged prior to installation. Operation user guides provided for each station. Teledair will train new employees upon request.
